The girls worked on a "Troop's Own" Try It and Junior Badge involving candy making. One of the requirements they needed to fulfill was exploring professional candy making techniques. It was Spring break from school. One of the girls in the troop was having a birthday. Combine all these things and one comes up with the perfect excuse to go to the Jelly Belly Factory for a tour and a birthday party! Doesn't get much better *grin*
